Anthonyblakeney.com will not pass on any details to a third party, including your credit or debit card nos. or your e-mail address. You may at any time ask that we remove your address from our own mailing list.
RETURNS, REFUND, CANCELLATIONS
A 14 day waiting period will be allowed should you decide you no longer wish to keep your purchase. A full refund will be made on receipt of undamaged goods. All returns must be made via special delivery which will be signed for.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must e-mail the details first.
POSTAGE
All goods purchased will be posted by special delivery. This means that the item will need to have a signature on receipt. The address to which the item is sent will be the one placed with the order unless otherwise stated. UK postage is charged at £5.00 and EU postage is charged at £10.00 for Worldwide postage, please e- mail.
DELIVERY
All priced items are held in stock, and will be dispatched the following working day(this includes Saturday.) please check first by telephone( see number below) or e-mail.
PAYMENT
Payment is managed by HSBC Card processing, and all major currencies are accepted.
RING SIZING
If you are buying a ring as a gift, and do not know the correct size, a sizing gauge will be sent to you on request, which should be returned along with the ring for alteration. This service is free for the first alteration, but there will be a charge for further adjustments. Please contact via e-mail or phone.
